This is definitely not a Barbaric, the style, size, thickness and material are too "professional". Despite that: the letters A do not have crossbars. The C and O of the obverse legend are written as one letter (appearing as DN ONSTANT-..) and the transverse stroke of all Ns is reversed. I have seen this on other coins of Nicomedia.
